Our first step is to follow up on your enquiry by phone. We’ll discuss your Foundations and determine whether we can offer the services you need. We then schedule a time to meet onsite for a more in-depth evaluation.

Let's meet onsite
We will come to your property for an on-site evaluation. Our on-site technician will provide feedback on the required repairs and suggested time frames. The onsite photos and site information discussed will be uploaded into our cloud-based software for review by our pre-sales solution team. This will allow us to build a scope of work and a fixed quote.

Fixed Quote
We will then send you a fixed quote.
Standard time frame is within 3 working days of the onsite evaluation – *During normal business hours

Agreement
Once the scope of work and fixed quote are agreed to, our project team will work with you to confirm potential start and completion dates.
They will also discuss anything else we may need prior to starting onsite.
Once dates are agreed to, any other documentation (Contract Works Insurance) is put in place, and the project is confirmed.
