We reached out to Grace Foundation Solutions due to concern with the foundations on one area of our bungalow where the floor had started to decline. Holly was fast to respond and set up a site visit, then a matter of days later, a proposal was emailed through that took into consideration all the concerns we had raised. Ethan and Nasir ended up working on the project; they were professional, reliable and had amazing communication throughout. Harrison and Holly were also in touch by email throughout the job providing excellent updates and context. The weather was particularly bad during the week we were booked, and it wouldn't have been pleasant for Nasir or Ethan working under the house, however this didn't stop them providing a solid solution, continued professionalism and optimism the whole time. This area of the house is now levelled and extremely robust. Grace Foundations will certainly be our "go to" if there is any future foundation work. I highly recommend them if you have any concerns regarding your foundations and you need a trustworthy, dependable, professional job.

A very poor experience from start to finish. The workmanship, communication, and follow‑through from Grace Foundation Solutions have been unacceptable. Issues with the drainage installation were never resolved, and instead of addressing the concerns, the company repeatedly denied responsibility and attempted to attribute the problems to anything except their own work. Requests for inspection reports and CCTV footage were met with conditions and delays, and I have now had to engage independent experts to correct and document the problems. This has been an expensive and exhausting process, and I would strongly caution others to consider my experience before choosing this company.

Disappointed with the result. During the assessment, I was told the issues could be fixed, but during the actual work, many tasks were skipped due to "safety concerns." The final improvement is very limited. There is still a big gap between the highest and lowest points, so the problem isn't fully resolved. They also asked for extra money midway through the project, which was unexpected. Overall, not the professional outcome I was hoping for.

I had contacted Grace Foundation Solutions for advice on my concerns about a concrete patio that's shifted and cracked, potentially draining water into the house's foundation, as well as some trees that were planted a little close to the house. After an assessment with Richard, he determined that there was no cause for concern, and to just keep an eye on the exterior walls, which was a relief. Though there was no further work needed, he also took the time and walked me through a couple of options for remediating the water issue with the concrete patio and the carport, giving me peace of mind and confidence to move forward with replacing the patio in the future. Highly recommended to reach out to them for a professional assessment and will keep them in mind for any foundation repairs we might need in the future.

Jason and Ethan did most of the work under the house and rebuilt everything really nicely. Adam came in and did the last little bit of leveling against a complex kitchen/reconstruction project timeline. Happy with comms and the end result is that the house is super solid now. Nice one.
