Geofix Void Fill

Geofix void fill is a solution for filling voids under your Home, Garage, Lawn, Driveway or Path.

Geofix void fill provides a safe and effective solution for filling voids and restoring the stability and safety of your property.

Voids beneath your Home, Garage, Lawn, Driveway or Path can pose a severe threat to the stability of your property. These voids can occur for various reasons, including soil erosion, settling, and compaction. Left unaddressed, these voids can cause cracking, sinking, and even open holes, as well as other structural damage that may not be as obvious.

How does Geofix void fill work?

Geofix void fill involves injecting a specially formulated expanding foam into the voids beneath your property. The foam fills the voids and stabilises the soil. The foam then hardens. It creates a permanent barrier that will not shrink, settle, or break down over time, helping to prevent further voids, settling or cracking on your property.

Advantages of our Geofix void fill:

  • Fast and Effective: The Geofix void fill process is quick and efficient, with most projects completed in just a few hours. The foam begins to expand immediately after it is injected so you can see results straight away.
  • Cost-Effective: Compared to traditional void-filling methods such as significant excavation or filling the void with soil, Geofix void fill is much more cost-effective. It also eliminates the need for costly excavation, removal work and further filling.
  • Minimal Disruptions: The injection process is minimally invasive, with only tiny holes drilled into the ground. There is no need for heavy equipment or extensive excavation, so the surrounding area remains intact.
  • Long-Lasting Solution: Polyurethane Resin is a strong and durable material that will provide long-lasting support for your property. Once the foam has fully cured, it is as hard as a rock and will not shrink, settle or break down over time.

So now you know, Geofix void fill is a safe and effective solution for filling voids beneath your Home, Garage, Lawn, Driveway or Path.

How we perform foundation inspections.

1.

One of our knowledgeable inspectors will draw a scaled diagram of the home and take floor elevation measurements after thoroughly inspecting the property inside and out.

2.

We only move to step two if an issue with the foundation is found during the inspection. Our inspector will design a repair plan specific to the property and the issues facing it. They’ll then provide you with a scaled CAD drawing of your home, a full report on the findings, and a suggested repair plan based on those findings will be provided.

3.

We will engage any other professionals that maybe required, such as Geotech and or council and complete to plan.
